Responsibilities
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with HGV drivers
- Liaising with staff in other departments
Working hours
- 10:00 - 14:00 Monday - Friday (20 hours per week)

Experience
- Strong computer experience/skill - no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly
- Customer-facing experience
- Excellent communicator (fast-paced environment)
