Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of temporary Service Administrator within the service department of a well established manufacturing company based near Blantyre, Hamilton.
Due to the location of the company, own transport is essential.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Planning Team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain and update internal portals and systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with customers regularly, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the preparation, collation, and distribution of weekly reports.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative activities to support team objectives.
- Monitor and track actions, ensuring follow-up activities are completed as required.
- Maintain accurate records and support data management processes.
