Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Service Planning Coordinator with our manufacturing client based in Blantyre. This is a full-time, permanent position and will become hybrid, with two days at home after training. Due to the location, own transport is essential. Hours of work will be based on a 40-hour contract with a flexible shift pattern. Current team shift options include 7:30am–4:00pm, 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm. Working hours are open to discussion with successful candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, and has a strong ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate engineering resources to meet customer and business requirements.
As a key member of the Service Team, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of reactive and planned maintenance works, supporting customers, engineers, and colleagues to achieve excellent service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling engineers and planning workloads to meet SLA targets for reactive works, quoted jobs, and PPM activities.
- Optimising engineer routes and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Delivering excellent customer service through effective communication with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate records across service management systems and client portals, ensuring visibility of job progress.
- Monitoring service performance against key KPIs and taking proactive action to address issues.
- Supporting the Service Mailbox and contributing to continuous improvement and ISO management processes.
