Print Room Assistant (Full Time) (Permanent) - REN14982
You will undertake a wide range of duties associated with all functions within the Document Solution Centre (DSC) as instructed.
The main duties of the post will include all high-volume printing / copying & scanning duties in relation to the DSC. The posts also include all finishing facilities collation; binding; folding; numbering; pressure sealing; guillotine, plan printing, padding, stitching, large format printing, laminating and all other aspects of print finishing.
You must have effective communication skills, be accurate, with the ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. You must also be able to work on their own initiative, work as part of a team and have a flexible approach to workload requirements when required.
It is essential that you have high volume print experience and previous print production experience in all the finishing duties related to the print room activities.
All training will be provided for equipment within the DSC. The role also includes aspects of heavy lifting and loading heavy materials.
