Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Part-Time Administrator for a client based in Paisley. This is a temporary role with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work 16–20 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Working hours will be between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with the exact schedule agreed depending on the number of hours worked.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, particularly working with purchase orders and invoices. The company uses Xero; however, previous experience with this system is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the shared accounts email inbox.
- Process purchase invoices and upload them to the accounting system.
- Match purchase invoices against purchase orders, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and suppliers where required.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Salary: £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
