Ourclient based in Paisley is looking for a Maintenance Services Manager tosupport a busy Estates team.
Your new role
You will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day building maintenance activities, managingcontractors and in-house trades staff.
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance works
- Supervising maintenance teams and specialist contractors
- Monitoring health & safety and statutory compliance
- Supporting water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmes
- Managing budgets, service performance and maintenance records
- Responding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required
- What you'll need to succeed
- Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate, facilities or property environment
- Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors
- Good knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
- Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
