Paint Sprayer wanted for a modern, high-performing automotive bodyshop client in Solihull, West Midlands.
This role focuses on preparing vehicles to paint-ready standards while delivering against efficiency and quality targets.
You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint application to manufacturer standards, completing masking, sanding, priming and filler work as required, and ensuring all work is finished within agreed timescales.
The successful Paint Sprayer will maintain exceptional attention to detail and follow all health and safety procedures in a busy bodyshop environment.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer
- Prepare vehicles for paint application to manufacturer standards
- Perform masking, sanding, priming and filler work as required
- Meet agreed job timescales without compromising quality
- Maintain paint-ready standards and consistent attention to detail
- Work effectively as part of a busy bodyshop team
- Follow all health and safety procedures as a Paint Sprayer
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter Prepper, Vehicle Prepper, Bodyshop Technician, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm (flexible start/finish) with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am–1:00pm
