The SEND Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Eat That Frog Group’s SEND provision. This post provides high quality administrative and coordination support to the Inclusive Learning Manager (ILM) and wider SEND team while acting as a key point of contact for Local Authorities, parents, carers, SEN caseworkers and external professionals.
The role ensures that EHCP processes and reviews are managed professionally, accurately, and within statutory timescales. Attention to detail, strong organisation, and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders are essential.
Working closely with the ILM and Centre Managers, the SEND Administrator will support SEN processes, coordinate EHCP annual reviews, solution-focused support plans, consultations and respond to SEND related enquiries. Flexibility is essential, as priorities may change daily in response to learner and organisational needs. The role will operate flexibly, in meeting the needs of the business and our customers. This could mean working on assignments that will change from day to day.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6-month probationary period. ETF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners, including children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
ETF is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer.
