Job Purpose:To provide social support to lady with physical disabilities.
Location:NR19, Dereham
Details:I am a friendly, easy going lady who is a manual wheelchair user due to having scoliosis who also suffers from anxiety and depression. However I enjoy company and love to go out shopping. I need a personal assistant to accompany me on social outings such as shopping, going to coffee shops, walks and occasionally support when attending medical appointments. I have a pet cat.

Essential:
- Good communication skills.
- Well organised.
- Calm and not easily frustrated.
- Consistent and reliable.
- Must like cats.
- Able to push wheelchair.
Summary terms and conditions
- Rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour for employed PA and £14.94 for self-employed PA. You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Hours and times of work: 2 hours per week, Thursdays or Fridays; between 09:00-11:00, potential for additional hours covering holiday/sick leave.
- Annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
Post is subject to the following
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3months.
