Merton College is recruiting a Student Support Adviser to provide tailored information, advice and guidance to learners to improve completion and progression.

You will work with students, staff and external bodies, safeguarding learners and delivering targeted 1:1 support, workshops and interventions.

The role requires Level 4 IAG or related discipline, strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication.
