Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Young People's Substance Use Worker to support children and young people affected by substance use, managing your own caseload across schools, colleges, partner agencies and community settings.

You will carry out specialist assessments, develop care plans, deliver psychosocial interventions through one-to-one sessions, group work and online support, and collaborate with partner agencies to help young people build resilience and lasting positive change.
