Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse and we’ve expanded our service into Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team on a fixed term contract for 9 months to help guide children and families on their healing journey.
- Position: Fixed term part time – 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
- Location: Oxford with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire area including Cherwell, West Oxfordshire and the wider Oxfordshire area.
- Salary range: £13,254 - £16,199 pro-rata per annum (full time equivalent range £26,508 to £32,397 per annum)
About the role:
- Complete assessments to understand the needs of families
- Deliver group work for children and parents
- Provide 1-2-1 sessions to children and families most in need
- Support our families through providing outreach support
