Join an award-winning trauma recovery service provider that is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and families. Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse and we’ve expanded our service into Oxfordshire. We are looking for a Service Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract to help guide children and families on their healing journey.
Position: Fixed term full time – 37 hours per week, weekdays
Location: Oxford with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire with occasional visits to our Reading office.
Salary range: £35,502 to £43,389 per annum
About the role:
- Support our families through providing outreach support
- Deliver group work for children and parents
- Provide 1-2-1 sessions to children and families most in need
- Lead a dedicated team of Support Workers
- Ensure BB4K activities are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively and manage caseload across the team
