At Asmall Hall, we are searching for a new Twilight Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for the kitchen clean up after a busy day, making sure food is prepped for our chef team the next morning and assisting care staff to make food/drinks for our residents throughout the evening.
In this role you will be:
- Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to our Food Safety Management Documentation
- Maintaining the kitchen hygiene and support throughout the evening
- Actively participating in discussions, with the kitchen team, to improve the service
- Understanding the function of mandatory paperwork and record food, freezer & fridge temperatures
- Ensuring that the crockery and cutlery are cleaned as per Infection Control Guidelines
- Ensuring that ALL kitchen supplies are cleaned as per Infection Control Guidelines
- Prepping food for the following day shift
- Supporting the care staff in providing refreshments to both resident’s families and professionals

Conditions apply. Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period. Goes to £12.00 or above, after 6 months probation & experience, age dependant. Payable on completion of a successful 6 month probation. The employee that made the referral must also remain employed by us, in order to be eligible for the £50 Bonus.
