At Asmall Hall, we are searching for a new Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will be offering person-centred care and support to our residents to make sure they feel safe, secure and content.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will:

  • Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
  • Be alert to resident’s needs, health and well-being
  • Ensure clients are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve at all times
  • Work with residents and families to deliver tailored care to each individual
  • Assist with mealtimes, ensuring that our clients receive their individual dietary requirements, whilst promoting their independence
  • Take an active role in identifying the changing needs of our clients and realise the importance of maintaining accurate documentation

Conditions apply

*Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period. Goes to £12.00 or above, after 6 months probation & experience, age dependant)

**Payable on completion of a successful 6 month probation. The employee that made the referral must also remain employed by us, in order to be eligible for the £50 Bonus.
