As a Healthcare Assistant you will:

  • Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
  • Be alert to resident’s needs, health and well-being
  • Ensure clients are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve at all times
  • Work with residents and families to deliver tailored care to each individual
  • Assist with mealtimes, ensuring that our clients receive their individual dietary requirements, whilst promoting their independence
  • Take an active role in identifying the changing needs of our clients and realise the importance of maintaining accurate documentation

Conditions apply. Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period. Goes to £12.00 or above, after 6 months probation & experience, age dependant. Payable on completion of a successful 6 month probation. The employee that made the referral must also remain employed by us, in order to be eligible for the £50 Bonus.
