At Asmall Hall, we are now searching for a new Chef who will produce nutritious and well-balanced meals that meet our high standards and our resident’s satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide food for the various events that take place throughout the group
  • Providing dietary requirements to meet the needs of our residents
  • The presentation of the food served is to a high standard
  • Monitoring and maintaining consistent food standards during all stages of production and service
  • Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to Food Safety Management documentation
  • Maintaining the correct use of the company’s regulatory framework and cleaning procedures
  • Ensuring quality control and hygiene systems are achieved
  • Ensuring minimum waste
