Join Our Team at Butler Green, Oldham — Make a Real Difference Every Day. We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse to join our team at the Butler Green Unit. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care and play a key part in supporting adults through their rehabilitation journey. As a valued member of our Intermediate Care (IC) and Enhanced Intermediate Care (EIC) services, you will use your clinical skills to carry out holistic and ongoing assessments, working independently to help patients regain independence and improve their wellbeing. This is a role where you can truly shape patient outcomes. You’ll also take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities within the team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the service under the guidance of the Team Leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating effectively with individuals and groups, including when discussing complex or sensitive information, and ensuring any barriers to communication are addressed.
