We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the team, someone with a can-do attitude, cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to make the patient and customer experience the best it can be. The successful applicant will be responsible, reliable, understand good customer service, and maintain health and safety standards.
The role involves:
- Supporting the ward by serving meals and drinks to patients in a busy environment throughout the day.
- Assisting staff to monitor nutrition and hydration.
- Cleaning and monitoring kitchen areas on the ward, ensuring fridge temperatures are taken and recorded accurately.
- Supporting ward staff to maintain patient safety, including stock ordering and replenishment.
