Hours of work: 19.5 hours a week, Term Time - 3 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break There is an expectation that you may need to attend training or staff meetings outside of your working hours, this will be paid as overtime.

- Summary of Job Tasks
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
- Taking calls to the school and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Ensuring visitors are aware of our safeguarding and health and safety procedures
- First aider (training will be provided)
- Maintaining college records and systems
- Ensuring all forms, correspondence and reports are accurate and processed correctly
- Helping students and dealing with any student queries at reception
- Assists with preparation for whole school events such as vaccinations, sports day, activity days and trips.
- Keeps up to date with the relevant guides, procedures, forms, etc. used in the school.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers by phone, face-to-face, email and text messaging systems and provide responsive support to their queries.
Generate correspondence and reports of a routine nature.
Be responsible for ensuring that all absence data is input accurately and effective way into our management information system Meet students who arrive late to school each day, identifying patterns and sharing concerns with the pastoral team.
