Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Administrator with a “can do” attitude, to provide administrative support to our Children’s Services Team. If you have a keen eye for detail, good customer service skills and able to act with tact and diplomacy – this could be the role for you!
About the role:
- Part of a supportive team working at pace.
- To support the service with administrative duties including post, emails and phone calls.
- Support the team with tasks to ensure a high quality service to Children and Families.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Costs for the DBS are covered by Rutland County Council.
About you:
- Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and bespoke databases.
- Able to balance an ever-changing workload, whilst keeping to deadlines.
- Have good communication skills, with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
