Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for a brilliant role with real work-life balance? Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a popular, award-winning dining pub in the Oakham area — a seriously impressive kitchen with a Head Chef boasting solid 2 and 3 Rosette experience and ambitious plans to achieve a Bib Gourmand.

As Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside the Head Chef and the wider brigade, assisting with daily prep and cooking throughout service. The menu is built around all-fresh seasonal produce — including wonderful fish and game in season — with clever, flavour-focused dishes designed to be executed brilliantly rather than fussily. This is a Chef de Partie role for someone who takes real pride in quality, consistent cooking.

We're looking for a Chef de Partie who is friendly, talented and ideally experienced at rosette standard. You'll be organised, a strong communicator, and someone who understands the importance of teamwork in a busy kitchen.

Candidates based near Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford or Peterborough with their own transport are ideally placed.
