What You Will Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor room staff, delegate tasks, and support nursery management.
- Deliver EYFS: Plan and assess individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted guidelines.
- Partner with Parents: Build warm, trusting, and professional relationships with families.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and safeguarding.
What We Look For:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification or Montessori Diploma (Essential).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a room within a UK nursery setting.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Skills: Strong communication and basic ICT skills for digital learning journals.
- Compliance: Valid Paediatric First Aid and a clean Enhanced DBS check.
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
