A welcoming nursery in Chipping Norton is seeking a Nursery Assistant to support its Early Years team. This position would suit someone with a caring and enthusiastic nature who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a positive nursery environment. You do not need previous nursery experience to apply. We are interested in motivated individuals who are keen to learn, develop new skills, and help children thrive during their crucial early years.
About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will work alongside experienced childcare professionals, helping to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn through play and exploration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children throughout their daily nursery routines
- Assisting with creative activities, games and learning experiences
- Helping children develop confidence, communication and social skills
