We're looking for caring, resilient, and dedicated Young Adult and Adult Support Workers to join our growing team.

This role supports young adults aged 16–18 who may be at risk of CCE, CSE, emotional distress, or displaying challenging behaviours.

You'll play a vital role in helping them feel safe, valued, and supported while encouraging them to build confidence, independence, and brighter futures.

You may also be supporting adults aged 18-30+ in a supported living settings, providing further support to those with autism and learning disabilities as they live independently within their community.

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include

Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.

Providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.

Supporting young people to achieve their goals and become more independent.

Safeguarding young people who may be vulnerable to CCE, CSE, or at risk of going missing.

Managing challenging situations with confidence, professionalism, and compassion.

Encouraging engagement with education, employment, training, and daily life skills.

Working alongside social workers, education providers, healthcare professionals, and other agencies.

Keeping clear and accurate records to ensure high-quality care and support.
