Meridian Business Support is recruiting in Trafford Park for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to secure a role that offers a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming stock, deliveries and warehouse consumables
  • Ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch
  • Coordinating the collection of orders with courier partners
  • Packaging products to a consistently high standard to prevent damage during transit
  • Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and consumables
  • Escalating low stock levels when critical volumes are reached
  • Reporting and escalating warehouse system issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, dispatch or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
