The Government Property Agency (GPA) is recruiting for Transaction Managers on a national remit to align GPA and Government portfolios with strategic plans and to facilitate property solutions. You will monitor voids with the Transactions Tracker, liaise with Investment and Property teams, and coordinate space sourcing when vacancies are limited.
Working with BNPRE and clients, you will oversee lease exits at breaks and expiry, prepare governance material, and deliver market insights and reports.
