Senior Care Assistant (Nights) Clifton Manor
We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our team at Clifton Manor Residential Home.
Located in Clifton, Nottingham, NG11, Clifton Manor Residential is a purpose-built residential home, providing high-quality care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia.

- Schedule: Rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Shift times: 4 shifts per week, Nights, 20:00-07:00
- Rate of pay: £13.30 per hour
- Required: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or working towards
- 5.6 weeks of Annual Leave

Responsibilities: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to a positive, supportive environment for both Clients and colleagues.
You will support Clients with all aspects of daily living, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping shifts to run smoothly and efficiently.
The position involves assisting with care planning by observing, reviewing, and updating care needs, as well as completing accurate daily records in line with the Company’s policies and procedures. You will respond to the nurse call system as required and remain attentive to the wellbeing of Clients, liaising with healthcare professionals when needed.
You will help to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by ensuring equipment is cleaned and well maintained and that the care home remains tidy. Where required, you will also support with the administration of medication and ensure all related records are completed accurately.
