We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group as a Project Coordinator in our Engineering team. You will be providing administrative coordination, reporting, meeting support and documentation management to ensure company transformation programmes run smoothly!

Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance forums helping to prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, record decisions and track actions.
- Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) shared mailbox.
- Maintain Risk, Action, Issue & Decision (RAID) logs.
- Collate weekly project updates and consolidate them into programme trackers and dashboards.
- Prepare reporting packs for governance meetings and monitor milestone progress.
- Information and document management including SharePoint pages, templates and programme artefact storage.
- Act as a central point of contact for Project Managers regarding PMO processes, templates and expectations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across the programme, ensuring new starters receive the correct access, induction materials, and governance guidance.
- Support the PMO Delivery Lead in ensuring project teams understand governance requirements and toolsets.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a project coordination role.
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience (desirable).
- Experience preparing structured reporting or dashboards (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and confident communication skills at all levels.
- Team oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
