As a Playworker Apprentice, you will gain practical experience supporting children in a fun, safe and engaging wraparound care environment. You will work alongside experienced staff to deliver a range of activities, games, creative play and sports, helping children enjoy their time before and after school.
You will build positive relationships with children, support their individual needs, promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive environment where every child feels welcome. You will also develop your knowledge and skills through your apprenticeship training, including safeguarding, child development, SEND, health and safety and playworker practice.
