At In Health's Nottingham Specialist Imaging Centre, you'll join a passionate, patient-focused team delivering high-quality PET-CT services that play a vital role in the diagnosis, staging and monitoring of cancer and other complex conditions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, dedicated PET-CT service where you'll be supported to continue developing your expertise while working alongside experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll be doing As a PET-CT Radiographer/Technologist, you'll deliver safe, accurate and compassionate imaging services for both NHS and private patients, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from arrival through to completion of their scan.
Your role will include: Performing high-quality PET-CT imaging examinations in line with clinical protocols and best practice.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance, including IR(ME)R, IRR, and ARSAC.
Providing outstanding patient care, supporting patients throughout their imaging journey with professionalism, empathy and respect.
Carrying out routine quality assurance checks on imaging equipment and escalating any issues appropriately.
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard.
Supporting clinical governance through audits, incident reporting and continuous quality improvement.
Managing clinical and administrative workflows to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
Contributing to stock management and ensuring clinical areas remain fully equipped.
What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and takes pride in producing high-quality diagnostic imaging.
You'll bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to patient safety and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Confidence using clinical IT systems and maintaining accurate records.

Flexibility to travel nationally for training when required.
Essential requirements BSc in Diagnostic Radiography, Nuclear Medicine or an equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working within PET-CT or Nuclear Medicine.
Registration with the relevant professional body where applicable.
A sound understanding of radiation protection legislation and clinical governance.
Knowledge of patient confidentiality, GDPR and the Caldicott Principles.
