Premier Selection is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for a well-regarded, award-winning hotel and restaurant located close to Huntingdon — a fantastic opportunity to join a kitchen that is proud of its reputation and always pushing standards forward.
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef running the pastry section.
Creating delicious desserts to ensure the hotel maintains its well-earned reputation for quality.
Your day-to-day duties will include creating 5- 6 desserts, 2- 3 types of breads and Cakes of the day for the Bar examples being Victoria sponge, Carrot Cake Chocolate Cake etc and Biscuits for Teas and Coffee.
The Head Chef said there would also be support from the rest of the team who currently assist, he is now looking for somebody to take control of the section and is happy to train in some areas if required.
We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who is confident, motivated and ready to make an impact.
This could also be a great step up for a strong Chef de Partie looking to move into their first Pastry Chef de Partie role in a better-equipped, quality-focused kitchen.
Candidates based near Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Thrapston, Peterborough or Cambridge are ideally placed.
