The Commercial department are currently looking for an Order Processing & Logistics Administrator. Reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager, this role will support the requirements of customer support, Sales and Marketing departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Process order requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Process order requests via 3rd party client systems, such as NHS Net EDI
- Raise and distribute invoices
- Generate commercial invoices for export shipments
- Process enquiries and complaints in accordance with internal systems
- Liaise with clients and internal distribution centre to organise shipping and logistics
- Expedite internal/external sales requests, or deal with issues, by liaising with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control or Finance departments
- Assist in contacting partners and distributors, building relationships and gathering data for forecasting
- Administer marketing events (bookings, purchase order and invoice processing, shipping and pre-flight checks)
- Support sales department and clinicians with sample, literature and promotional merchandise requests
- Acquire market and product knowledge to better support the business and its customers
- Utilisation of CRM and other internal software systems
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high standard of Maths and English (both written and verbal), ideally with 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and be able to show that you are motivated, organised, possess excellent communication and IT skills, and apply a high level of attention to detail. Candidates can expect to be fully supported and mentored and training will be provided in aspects of business administration and sales support in return for effort and dedication. Experience of Sage, ERP/MRP, CRM, project planning software and a Business Admin Degree would be advantageous. We are an Equal Opportunities employer.
