A day in the life of a Maintenance Person:
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements. You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor. Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents. You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
