A Head of Kitchen is required to lead the catering service at William Lilley primary school in Nottingham. This role involves managing kitchen operations, preparing meals to a high standard, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook meals for pupils and staff
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise catering staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
