We’re hiring Hospitality Managers to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season, with the chance to work on Matchdays and Non-Matchdays. We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

Package Description

  • Hospitality Manager - Matchdays - £18.15 per hour
  • Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
  • Casual Contract

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving.
  • Ensuring an in-depth staff brief prior to service.
  • Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
  • Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
  • Completing relevant documentation as required by the company.
  • Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression.
  • Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues.
  • Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
  • Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
  • Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
  • Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company policies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required.
  • Ensuring staff are following Company policies alongside fulfilling their role.
