Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality public spaces and providing excellent customer service? Our client is looking for an Estates Assistant to help ensure our parks and facilities remain clean, safe, secure, and welcoming for residents and visitors. In this hands-on role, you'll carry out inspections, support building and site maintenance, contribute to security procedures, and work closely with colleagues, community groups, and park visitors to maintain high standards across our parks and green spaces.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in facilities, grounds maintenance, caretaking, estates, or a similar environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to health & safety and maintaining quality standards
