- Contribute to Academy delivery by being involved with the faculty, providing education to colleagues across Cora, alongside assuring quality of locally delivered education sessions.
- Ensure that the multi-professional workforce is supported to thrive and develop in line with relevant policy and guidance e.g., recruitment, induction, supervision, performance appraisal, capability assessments, wellbeing.
- Develop and foster productive relationships with local clinical stakeholders including patient groups, community groups, PCNs, Consultants, GPs, and other clinically important contacts both internal and external to Cora, inclusive of reducing health inequalities.
- Ensure continuous improvement of clinical quality (outcomes, experience, safety) within services through a focus on pathway optimisation and responsible use of available resources (e.g., clinical capacity).
- Personally deliver high quality clinical care to patients and lead by example meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the services.
What you will bring to the role:
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about advancing MSK care across the geographic region in the Central area.
- You will require a breadth of clinical experience across primary, community and secondary care settings and clinical speciality areas.
- You will bring high level clinical expertise in your speciality area (MSK) and a track record for leadership within healthcare.
- You will bring experience of holding relationships with key stakeholders and positively influencing change within a healthcare system.
- You will have confidence in representing and developing a multi-professional workforce.
- This role can be undertaken at both Advanced and Consultant level of clinical practice.
What you will benefit from:
