Our coaches work in a variety of settings, including our community hub, schools, alternative provision settings and community venues. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Sports and Boxing Coaches to join our growing coaching team. This is a flexible, casual position offering between 5 and 20 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours as our programmes continue to expand. You'll be delivering engaging boxing and sports sessions to participants of all ages and abilities, supporting positive behaviour, encouraging participation and creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has experience coaching boxing, sport or physical activity.
  • Holds a recognised sports coaching qualification. England Boxing Level 1 or Level 2 Coaching Qualification is desirable.
  • Has experience working with children and young people (desirable).
  • Is confident leading groups and adapting sessions to different abilities.
  • Has excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Is reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (desirable), as travel across Nottinghamshire may be required.
