We’re hiring Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season, with the chance to work on Matchdays and Non-matchdays. We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

- £13.66 per hour
- Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
- Casual Contract
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
- Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
- Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area

- Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
- Team player and confident in managing staff
