The Antenatal and Newborn Screening Midwife is a rewarding and impactful role that supports pregnant people and their families throughout their screening journey, providing compassionate, evidence-based care and guidance during important and often emotional stages of pregnancy.
Working closely with the Antenatal and Newborn Screening Coordinator and multidisciplinary teams, the post holder helps deliver high-quality antenatal and newborn screening services that make a real difference to patient experience and outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist expertise, support staff learning and service improvement, and contribute to safe, effective, and family-centred maternity care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
