We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. Duties of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
- Process warranty claims accurately and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Manage warranty submissions, monitor claim progress, and resolve discrepancies
- Welcome customers and manage the entire service journey from booking to vehicle collection
- Keep customers informed throughout repairs and explain completed work
- Prepare job cards, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Promote service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with dealership procedures
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar automotive aftersales role
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Confident IT skills; Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy dealership environment
- Positive, proactive team player
