This role will primarily involve supporting the team with administrative tasks, facilitating smooth communication between team members and the freelancer team, and ensuring efficient delivery of healthy relationship projects in schools (Primary, Secondary and Alternative Provisions) across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This will include:
- Overseeing our booking system which includes liaising with freelancers and managing the diary.
- Providing support to Equation’s Children and Young People’s workstream and team members with administrative duties.
- Working alongside and supporting Equation’s Children and Young People’s Workstream with evaluation and monitoring requirements.
- Being the main point of contact for freelancer sickness and absence, ensuring any required cover is arranged promptly.
