We are a social enterprise working with unemployed people who need extra support to be nearer to finding and applying for a job. We are looking for 2 tutors to cover Norwich, Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn, Dereham, Fakenham, Cromer, North Walsham, Diss, and Thetford.

You will be assigned 15 people for 8 hours total support one to one face to face on a roll on roll off basis in 4 of the above locations.

Most important skills are empathy, understanding the impact on mental health of being unemployed and a solutions driven approach. You will be well-supported with resources and advice but you need to be local to the above locations.

We are seeking mature well-being coaches as all participants will be aged 25 plus. DBS checked and safeguarding trained professionals will be given priority.

This role might well suit a college tutor or teacher for work over the school holidays.
