We’re seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice. You’ll lead by example – coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.

You’ll have:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
  • A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
  • Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
  • Strong communication skills and a values‑led approach
