We are partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking property and construction consultancy seeking an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join its growing Norwich team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Lead the growth and development of the Norwich Building Surveying function, supporting recruitment, team development, and succession planning.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire graduate, apprentice, and junior surveyors, helping them achieve professional qualifications and progress their careers.
  • Support business planning activities, helping to shape future service offerings, target sectors, and growth strategies.
