Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments
- Overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff, including workshop technicians and support personnel
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Driving department profitability while meeting key performance indicators
- Implementing effective processes to optimise workflow, service delivery, and team performance
- Monitoring KPIs and developing strategies to improve departmental outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate large teams
- Excellent understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
