We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at James House based in Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7DE. Salary: £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you will be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We are not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you are the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you! Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities we are looking for.

Qualifications

It is important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
