About the Role

Due to our client's continued business expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Representative fluent in Italian to provide potential and existing customers with exceptional service. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, responding to queries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimise customer service, build brand awareness, and drive our new digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
  • Managing the complete sales process from initial lead to final customer conversion.
  • Providing accurate quotes and pricing to customers.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer service and brand awareness.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and updating customers on new product features.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive brand experiences.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone, email, social media, and online chat.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Location: Able to commute to the Northampton office regularly (4 days in-office, Fridays work-from-home).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer experience, customer support, or sales role.
  • Excellent customer service skills with superb verbal communication and active listening.
  • Proven experience working with telephones and handling high volumes of calls and daily emails.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
