If you think you’re ready for a new challenge and able to make a difference, then come and join us!The roleWe are currently looking to recruit a Handyperson.Within the role the successful candidate will ensure all residents receive a high quality, responsive and proactive handyperson service, which includes the completion of minor and non-urgent tasks in the maintenance and repair of the apartments and the internal and external communal spaces of the scheme.Curious to know more? What we’re looking for
- Experience of working within the building trade or part of a handyperson service.
- Experience of using power tools and sharp equipment.
- Able to complete basic tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrics and decorating.
- Can identify when a repair needs to be completed before it presents a danger or potentially incurs higher repair costs if not addressed immediately.
- Relevant and proven work experience within the building trade or part of a handyperson service.
